Montmarsis rent TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation
and payment Reservations
only become definite on payment of the first instalment of 30%.
This instalment must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the
reservation documents. When the payment has been received, we
will send you a confirmation of the reservation. The balance must
be paid 14 days before the day of
arrival.
Village de Montmarsis reserves the right to refuse
reservation requests at all times, without giving any
reasons.
Availability of the holiday house. The
holiday house will be available from 4 p.m.on the
day of arrival until 10
a.m.on the
day of departure.
Damages. Should there be any damage,
etc. we trust that you will notify the manager. Missing or broken
items will be settled on your departure according to an inventory
(present in the holiday house). If there is
damage or the house has not been left in a tidy state, these
costs will be send to you by bill.
State of the
holiday house on departure We assume
that you will leave the holiday house in the state that you found
it on your arrival. You are requested to leave it in a neat and
tidy condition (swept). Do not leave behind any dishes, food,
full dirt bins, refuse bags, etc.
Smoking. It is forbidden to smoke in the
holiday houses.
Park
regulationsThe park has
rules (to be found in the documentation folder of the holiday
house). Every lessee must observe these rules. The following,
among others, is not allowed: - pitching tents or parking
caravans -causing noise nuisance - parking cars other than in the
designated parking area - letting dog(s) run loose.
LiabilityVillage
de Montmarsis accepts no liability for the following: -
theft, loss or damages, of whatever nature, during or as a result
of the stay in the park - letting technical equipment and the
technical supplies to the park become or rendering it
(temporarily) inoperable and failing completely. The
lessee and those accompanying him or her are severally liable
for all loss and/or damages that may occur for Village de
Montmarsis and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result
of their stay, notwithstanding whether it was caused by their
action or omission or of third parties who are present in the
park due to them. We recommend that you obtain legal liability
insurance and/or travel insurance covering this liability.
Complaints.Notwithstanding all care by Village de Montmarsis it may
still be that you have a justified complaint. You must notify the
park manager locally of this complaint. This is to allow the
latter to solve all matters immediately. If the complaint is not
dealt with satisfactorily, you have maximum of one month after
leaving the park to submit the complaint in writing, following
which you will receive a written report within one month.
